I accept cash, check or all major credit cards at the beginning of our session.

You will be charged for a missed appointment if you have failed to notify me within 24 hours of our scheduled time.

I am currently only taking private pay clients and I am not in-network with insurance companies at this time.  

I am considered an out-of-network provider.  Some insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that would reimburse a portion of the fee once claims are filed.  Check with your insurance company to find out what they cover. I am able to provide you with the invoice you can submit for reimbursement.
